Fine but don't order if you're in a hurry - ordered on a Tuesday and paid extra for fast delivery thinking it would arrive by Friday. No dispatch notification received by the Weds so emailed/tried to contact via website - no response received so followed up again asking for an update. Response eventually received on the Fri saying that it was all within their timescales, item arrived on the Saturday... too late for me. Product is pretty but not great quality.
Wouldn't normally leave a bad review but have now received 4 emails requesting feedback despite unsubscribing from marketing so here it is.
I've had 2 boxes so far, nothing beautiful sets. I love the adjustable straps on everything, I did have to exchange one bra for a larger size but with the fit guarantee it was really easy. I'm looking forward to next month's box already.
The fit and quality are lovely.
The underwear were on the generous side but have adjustable straps (like a bra).
You get a sexy, well made piece of lingerie. I love it :)
