All prices on our website are displayed in $ (USD). Whilst we are based in London, UK due to our international client base it made sense for us to charge all items in USD rather than GBP.

Empress Mimi Lingerie pieces are made to be worn: all bra and bralette designs are wireless for maximum comfort, and we frequently incorporate adjustable straps on panties so that they feel as sexy as they look.
Q: What if I am unsure about my size?
A: We have endeavoured to make all items as adjustable as possible, so you may find that more than one size will fit you. If unsure, we suggest you order the clothing size you usually wear, and if needed, change your size options and exchange the item once you have tried on your first delivery. We provide no questions asked returns and exchanges and will always work with you to make sure your items fit perfectly!
Our "Fit Guarantee" policy ensures that if your first order doesn't fit, we will send you a new set in the correct size free of charge the following month (inventory allowing)! This offer is limited to once per account for subscription box customers.

Q: When will my lingerie subscription box be delivered?
A: Once you have completed your purchase, your Empress Mimi lingerie subscription box will be shipped within 3-5 working days. After this, after each renewal your box will be shipped around the 7th of each month. For UK addresses, please allow 3-5 working days from shipment for delivery. International deliveries usually take 5-7 working days but are subject to custom clearance in your country of residence. Please note, we cannot guarantee that there will be no unforeseen circumstances which may result in the delay of your package arriving (e.g. postal delays due to bad weather).
Please note: due to covid-19 and government restrictions on delivering non-essential supplies some orders may take longer than usual. We are aware that this is especially affecting those orders that are delivered via USPS and Canada Post. Empress Mimi offers free International shipping - however if you would like your package to be tracked this can be done by adding the tracked shipping option prior to checkout.
Q: How can I return or exchange an Empress Mimi item?
A: We endeavour to make returns & exchanges as easy as possible for you. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your items. All items received after this date will not be eligible for refunds. Your items must not have been worn and still have all tags attached with the original packaging.
In order to help us process your return, please include a completed returns form (both images attached).
Empress Mimi cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit and as such we recommend using registered post when returning items. Cost of shipping for returns and exchanges is non-refundable, however exchanged items will be sent back to you by standard post free of charge.
