Our Empress Mimi pixies work hard to get your monthly delivery out the door as fast as possible! Once your package has been picked and lovingly packaged, you will receive an email to let you know that your box of goodies is on its way. If you have opted to include tracking (and we recommend you do!) this email will include a tracking number so you can not so patiently watch its progress across the world to your doorstep.
We aim to get our boxes packed and ready to go within 3-5 working days. If there's an unexpected surge of high demand this may take a little longer. If you do not receive a notification that your item has been shipped, please feel free to drop us a message and give our warehouse a nudge on info (at) empressmimi.com

We ship from London, UK and from the US for select orders.
Our delivery times are mentioned at the checkout and vary depending on your country. The covid-19 pandemic can result in delays to the delivery times and we are currently seeing delays of between 30-60 days especially in the US and Canada. Please rest assured the majority of deliveries are still completed in a timely manner, and if your purchase has been affected by delays please rest assured it is still on its way, it is just taking a little longer than usual currently!
*Please note: due to covid-19 and government restrictions on delivering non-essential supplies some orders may take longer than usual. We are aware that this is especially affecting those orders that are delivered via USPS and Canada Post. We thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we navigate through these unprecedented times. Please know that your package is on its way to you and is as ever lovingly prepared from London - it may just take a little longer than you're used to. Unless you have paid for tracking, your order is untracked and Empress Mimi is not responsible for any delays or non delivery due to local disruptions.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We offer free non-tracked international shipping to all our customers for orders over $30.
If you opted for this free shipping option, your order will not have an associated tracking number. If you chose TRACKED during checkout, your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
*If you purchased tracking and are having issues tracking your order in the UK, please try to track via https://www.royalmail.com. If this does not resolve the issue please do get in touch with our CS team on info (at) Empressmimi.com
If you have opted for free shipping at check out, we would love to provide you with a tracking number, however we simply do not have this (it is not because we want to withhold this information from you!). Whilst we provide free shipping for purchases over $30, the shipping service we use does not include any tracking information for this.
If you would like to have tracking information for your purchase, please add this option at checkout.
Queen or Empress Box month to month subscribers:
If you opted to add tracked shipping to your first box, this will renew together with your monthly renewal order charge. (i.e, you will continue receiving the tracked shipment service at the same shipping cost calculated at checkout)
Queen or Empress Box multi-month subscribers (3,6 or 12 month plans):
If you opted to add tracked shipping to your first box, please note that this will ONLY be applied to your first shipment. In order to receive all your subscription boxes as tracked, we recommend signing up for the month-to-month service and opting for tracking at checkout.
Multi-month subscription plans were discontinued but this still applies to all those who subscribed before 4th August 2021.

No strings attached! You can cancel or edit your subscription at any time.
If there's a particular set you like and you are not ready to subscribe, you can always shop items individually on the "Shop" page.
The Empress Mimi lingerie subscription box is a custom designed box filled with delectable lingerie, delicate jewellery, and luxurious sleepwear. We change things up every month to keep things exciting, so every delivery is a special surprise. Depending on your choice of box, we can send anything from a full matching intimates set to the gift box of your dreams with matching lounge wear, accessories, and all things naughty and nice.
Once you sign up, you will receive a Style Preferences form (keep an eye out on your mailbox and junk inbox!) in which you can tell us all about your favourite styles and designs, our stylists will always do their best to keep your favourite pieces in mind!
Every month you will receive a fabulous surprise package of goodies. if your first box does not fit, you will be able to replace your item with the Size Guarantee (active 1x per subscriber).

Empress Mimi is all about surprising and delighting you so please note: the style preference form guides our stylists to choose the right sets for you, but is not a guarantee that certain sets will be excluded or included (this can depend on inventory for your sizes). If there is a specific set you absolutely adore and love; we suggest ordering this as a standalone product on our e-commerce website (www.empressmimi.com) as popular styles do sell out fast.
Shopping online can feel like risky business when you're unsure how different brands will fit your body.
That's why we wanted to go that extra mile for our most loyal Empresses with our Size Guarantee: If your order from the Empress Mimi Lingerie Subscription Box doesn't fit, you can get your item in the correct size for free without returning the original order (we suggest gifting it to charity or a BFF)!
HOW IT WORKS
- If you're an active subscriber and receive an item that does not fit, please visit the returns management page here.
- Select the "Size Guarantee" option for your return
- Once your application is approved you will receive store credit which you can redeem against any item on (excluding subscription boxes):
♥ $100 store credit for Queen Box subscribers
♥ $150 store credit for Empress Box subscribersSize Guarantees are limited to 1x per customer. Your application will be denied if you have previously used the Size Guarantee for a subscription box.
Please note:
* Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
*All free Fit Guarantee replacements are subject to inventory. If the item is out of stock in your size, you can register your email on the website to be notified when it will be back in stock or redeem your points for an alternative product.
*Please note that any box that has received a free fit guarantee replacement will no longer be eligible for refunds or returns.
*Please note that any store credit issued under the fit guarantee policy can't be used against subscription box orders. These store credits can only be applied to single item purchases.
Once you have completed your purchase, our Empress Mimi lingerie subscription will be shipped within 3-5 working days. Your monthly renewal will then occur on the same date you signed up for the subscription i.e if you signed up on the 11th of Feb all your future shipments will renew on the 11th of the month. (If you subscribed before 10th January 2021, your renewal date should still be every 7th of the month).

If you're on a multi-month subscription: Fill out this form to change the sizes associated with your account. We will update the sizes on your profile within 48 hours and email you to confirm once this is done.
As long as we have not shipped your most recent renewal yet, we will be able to update the sizes on your profile.
If your package has already been shipped, we will not be able to retract this shipment. The updates sizes will be applied to the next renewal instead.

If you're on a multi-month subscription: Fill out this form to change the shipping address associated with your account. We will update the address on your profile within 48 hours and email you to confirm once this is done.
As long as we have not shipped your most recent renewal yet, we will be able to update the address on your profile.
If you have accidentally filled out the incorrect address please let us know ASAP. If your package has already been shipped, we will not be able to retract this shipment. In this case, we ask you to either pick up your package from your old address or we will wait until the package is returned to sender before sending out to you again for a shipping fee. Alternatively, we will be able to include your returned shipment to the correct address with your next renewal (provided the box is returned to us in time).

Please note:
Month-to-Month Subscriptions (without term commitment) can be canceled 48 hours before renewal date via your profile or by emailing info (at) empressmimi.com. You will be asked to fill out a cancellation form which needs to be completed prior to the billing date. Failure to complete this form will result in non-cancellation. Please make sure to keep an eye on the junk / spam inbox in case your mailing system filters this email out. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Once your subscription has been cancelled you will receive a confirmation email from one of our staff members.
FOR PREPAID / MULTI-MONTH SUBSCRIBERS: Our 3, 6 or 12-month subscription plans (with term commitment) cannot be canceled mid-term. However, we totally understand that there can be unexpected reasons that will lead you to decide to cancel the remaining shipments in your prepaid subscription.
If you have signed up for a multi-month subscription and changed your mind, we can cancel & refund its remaining shipments - the refund will be calculated based on a monthly price per box ($44.95 for the Queen box and $99.95 for the Empress Box) for any boxes that have already been fulfilled. Your automatic renewal will also be cancelled, just be sure that you have filled out the cancellation form in your Empress Mimi account > Manage Subscription page.
Please note that we can only refund a multi-month subscription that was paid within THE LAST 90 days. If you requested a refund past this date, we unfortunately can not process your refund anymore. However, the cancellation can still be processed to ensure that you will not be charged on the next billing cycle.

We currently have two different types of packages and every month is a surprise!

❥ The Empress Box: A Queen box, accompanied by gorgeous accessories such as loungewear, garter belts, stockings, robes, pyjamas jewellery and kimonos! The Empress Box is curated for the ultimate lingerie experience.
We have endeavoured to make all items as adjustable as possible, so you may find that more than one size will fit you.

If unsure, we suggest you order the clothing size you usually wear, and if needed, change your size options and exchange the item once you have tried on your first delivery via the Fit Guarantee.
Our "Fit Guarantee" policy ensures that if your first order doesn't fit, we will send you a store credit ($100 for Queen Box, $150 for Empress Box) to get the set in the correct size. If the item you would like to receive as a replacement is out of stock in your size, you can either redeem the discount code for an alternative style or sign up to be notified when your item is back in stock on the website. The Fit Guarantee offer can be redeemed once by an active subscription box customer.

We always aim for every one of our customers to love every product they receive, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
Please visit https://www.empressmimi.com/a/returns to complete a return request. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number to include with your returned package.
If shipping from outside the UK, please make sure to clearly mark your returned parcel as 'returned goods' to avoid any customs charges as we will not be liable for any import duties. We will not be able to pick up any packages which have duties due on them.
We recommend managing you subscription box orders via the 'Subscription Box Management" if you're a subscriber or or by navigating the FAQ page if you have bought a standalone product.
