I bought this box knowing that there were no returns or exchanges and was fine with that.
However, having previously had a monthly subscription I was shocked to receive items that I already had purchased and received via subscription. When I contacted customer service I was just given scripted reply. No real attempt to actually resolve the issue was made. I am left disappointed and looking for a new lingerie supplier.
This is a beautiful set! The top runs a little small on me, but I can still wear it. It's comfortable enough for lingerie.
True to size, came quickly and after the first box I was hooked. Love that you can wear some as outfits out too, so cute & just made me feel great & partner loved it
