Delivery Times: Our delivery times are mentioned at the checkout and vary depending on your country. Please note: The covid-19 pandemic will result in delays to the delivery times and we are currently seeing delays of between 30-60 days especially in the US, Canada and Australia. Please note Empress Mimi can not be held responsible for Covid-19 related delays the only way to guarantee your timely delivery is to opt for tracked shipping and ensuring you have provided us with a valid phone number. 

Free Shipping: Empress Mimi offers free International shipping when you spend over $30 and delivers worldwide. If you would like your package to be tracked for peace of mind, please add the tracked shipping option prior to checkout. All other packages will be sent out without tracking and whilst we can provide you with proof of shipping we can not be held responsible for failed deliveries or any delays encountered in your shipment.

Address accuracy: Please check and double check that the address you have provided is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address the reposting fee is $20 to cover the return shipping as well as the cost of the resend. Thank you for your understanding. 

Customs charges: The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges and these will vary depending on your jurisdiction and the size and value of our package. 

Please check your governments import fees and taxes before placing your order with Empress Mimi as we do not cover these fees. These charges are the responsibility of our shoppers. 

Empress Mimi Returns & Exchanges

 

Our lingerie subscription boxes are carefully curated by our stylist, however we understand that sometimes an item may not be to your liking and an exchange for a different size or refund is necessary. We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original date of delivery (extended to 90 days from shipment due to the Corona related shipping delays), subject to the following terms and limitations.     

We accept returns or exchanges for free up to 30 days from the original date of delivery.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. You can exchange an item for another item, or return it for a store credit or a refund. Any items acquired with store credit can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition with all original tags attached. Any return or exchange should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment. Partial returns for refund / store credit are only accepted for purchases made on the e-commerce website and exclude subscription box purchases which must be returned in full. 

Returns & Exchanges: If you wish to return an item for an exchange, refund or store credit, please follow the below instructions: 

  • Go to this link: https://www.empressmimi.com/a/returns
  • Fill out and submit your returns or exchange request
  • Wait for the approval via email (this will include a RMA number)
  • Include the RMA number on the package that you will be sending back

  • If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Empress Mimi is not responsible for any return custom charges made and we will not be able to collect the package from the customs office.

    Please make sure that the RMA number and return form are enclosed with your goods - no RMA number and return form may result in your return not being processed. 

    Refunds: Once we have received and approved your return, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the statement to appear on your account (the exact timing of this depends on your banking provider and is unfortunately not something we can speed up).  

    Our 3, 6 or 12-month subscription plans (with term commitment) cannot be canceled mid-term. However, we totally understand that there can be reasons beyond your control that will lead you to decide to cancel the remaining shipments in your prepaid subscription. If you have signed up for a multi-month subscription and change your mind, we can cancel & refund its remaining shipments - the refund will be calculated based on a monthly price per box ($44.95 for the Queen box and $99.95 for the Empress Box) for any boxes that have already been fulfilled.  Please note that we can only refund a multi-month subscription that was paid within THE LAST 90 days. If you requested a refund past this date, we unfortunately can not process your refund anymore. However, the cancellation can still be processed to ensure that you will not be charged on the next billing cycle.  

    Fit Guarantee: As an Empress Mimi subscriber, you can use the Fit Guarantee to have your item of choice replaced without the need to return the set! Talk about the Royal treatment 👑

    No worries if the bra in your first box didn’t fit! Send us an email so you can get a store credit to purchase a new one on the website. In the correct and new size that you prefer!

    - If you would like to use the Fit Guarantee on your subscription, please send us a request via this link (you only need your email and order number!
    - The Fit Guarantee can be used once per subscription box customer. But fret not! If you have already used your Fit Guarantee you can still have your item exchanged through the usual exchange policy. 
    - Once reviewed and approved by our team, you will receive a custom discount code you can use on any item on the website (except for subscription boxes) to receive your item in your correct size!

    • Queen Box subscriber: $100
    • Empress Box subscriber: $150

    - If the item you would like to receive as a replacement is out of stock in your size, you can either redeem the discount code for an alternative style or sign up to be notified when your item is back in stock on the website. If the replacement item costs less than the store credit you received, you can still always add additional goodies you've been eyeing to your cart 😉
    - Please note that any box that has received a free fit guarantee replacement will no longer be eligible for refunds unless you return both sets to us unworn with all labels attached within 30 days of the receipt of the replacement set at your own expense.
    - Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. 

    * Purchases replaced under the fit guarantee can no longer be returned for a refund. 

     

    Covid-19 Updates

    Restrictions are still in place to ensure the safety of our staff working in the London and Pennsylvania warehouse. We continue to do our best to deliver your packages as fast as possible whilst keeping legal requirements as well as the health and safety of our staff as a priority. This means that fulfilment may take a little longer than usual. Fulfilment currently takes 2-3 working days from the date of your purchase pending availability and credit verification (e.g. bank checks and fraud analysis). Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for order processing during sale periods and subscription box renewals which occurs every month on the same date you signed up for the subscription i.e if you signed up on the 11th of Feb all your future shipments will renew on the 11th of the month. (Please note: If you subscribed before 10th January 2021, your renewal date should still be on every 7th of the month). Any additional shipping costs are non refundable. Please note, we do not process or ship orders on the weekend and we are not responsible for any delays due to local disruptions or the Covid-19 pandemic.

    Due to funding cuts and the global pandemic USPS is currently experiencing unprecedented delays. Canada is also severely affected by this. 

    Australia post advises that its daily operations are being affected by government measures aimed at preventing spread of COVID-19. There are impacts to delivery of inbound and outbound mail items. There are border closures and lockdowns in place across the country, including lockdown in two major states, Victoria and New South Wales, where the processing and delivery or mail items is being significantly impacted.

    For the above mentioned locations: We cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time, so please order ahead of time to ensure you receive your package expediently. 

    Customer returns are likewise affected by the delays in shipping and we are extending return times. Please email us when you are ready to return your item and keep a record of your tracking number for your return.
