Empress Mimi Shipping Policy

Empress Mimi offers free International shipping and delivers worldwide. If you would like your package to be tracked, please add the tracked shipping option prior to checkout. All other packages will be sent out without tracking and whilst we can provide you with proof of shipping we can not be held responsible for failed deliveries.

Our lingerie subscription boxes are carefully curated by our stylist, however we understand that sometimes an item may not be to your liking and an exchange for a different size or refund is necessary. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

We endeavour to make returns & exchanges as easy as possible for you. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange of your items. All requests received after this date will not be eligible for refunds. Your items must not have been worn and still have all tags attached with the original packaging. 

Your package should have included a return slip however if this has gone missing please download and print a return form from this link

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we have received and approved your return, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the statement to appear on your account (the exact timing of this depends on your banking provider and is unfortunately not something we can speed up).  

What is your fit guarantee policy?

For Empress Mimi lingerie subscription box subscribers, we offer one free replacement box in case you do not get your sizing right the first time around. Please note that though this is limited to one box per subscriber you will continue to be able to exchange & return items as per usual after this. 

What should I do if I receive a faulty or wrong item?

Delivering a magical  experience is our ultimate aim so if we have made a mistake we are always at your disposal to make sure we get it right! Please email us at info (at) empressmimi.com and one of our customer service representatives will make sure to rectify the situation!
