Please note, as of 2023 this free shipping offer will not apply to shipments destined for Australia and New Zealand. The reason for this exception is the necessity to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your Empress Mimi products. Shipping to Australia and New Zealand requires us to use a tracking service that comes at a higher cost due to the unique logistics and delivery challenges in these regions.

While we understand that this change may be disappointing for our Australian and New Zealand customers, please know that we have made this decision with the goal of maintaining the highest level of service and reliability for your Empress Mimi orders. By utilizing a tracked shipping method, we can minimize the risk of any potential issues with delivery and ensure that your package reaches you safely 

Empress Mimi Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges: We have made it easier than ever before to process your exchange or return with us! If you wish to return an item for an exchange, refund or store credit, please follow the below instructions: 

  1. Go to this link: https://www.empressmimi.com/a/returns
  2. Fill out and submit your returns or exchange request
  3. Wait for the approval via email (this will include a RMA number)
  4. Include the RMA number on the package that you will be sending back

For returns outside the UK, mark your package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid customs charges; we’re not liable for any return custom charges. Include the RMA number and return form with your items.

Conditions:

  • Items must be new, unused, with original tags attached.
  • When a product is provided with a hygiene strip, it can only be returned if the strip has not been removed and is still in place.
  • Returns should include original, undamaged packaging and any extras.
  • Subscription boxes, full sets, and Empress set purchases must be returned in full.
  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
  • Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Items bought with store credit can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Refunds:

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5 working days of approval, with 5-10 business days for the statement to appear on your account.

Subscription Plans:

3, 6, or 12-month subscription plans cannot be canceled mid-term, but remaining shipments can be refunded based on monthly price per box, within 90 days of purchase.

Fit Guarantee:

Empress Mimi subscribers can use the Fit Guarantee for a one-time replacement without returning the original set. Send us a request within 30 days of receipt to receive a store credit to purchase a new set in the correct size on the website. 

- If you would like to use the Fit Guarantee on your subscription, please send us a request via this link (you only need your email and order number)

- The Fit Guarantee can be used once per subscription box customer. But fret not! If you have already used your Fit Guarantee you can still have your item exchanged through the usual exchange policy. 

- Once processed, you will receive a custom discount code you can use on any item on the website (except for subscription boxes) to receive your item in your correct size!

  • Queen Box subscriber: $100
  • Empress Box subscriber: $150

- If the item you would like to receive as a replacement is out of stock in your size, you can either redeem the discount code for an alternative style or sign up to be notified when your item is back in stock on the website. If the replacement item costs less than the store credit you received, you can still always add additional goodies you've been eyeing to your cart 😉

- Please note that any box that has received a free fit guarantee replacement will no longer be eligible for refunds unless you return both sets to us unworn with all labels attached within 30 days of the receipt of the replacement set at your own expense.

Address accuracy: Ensure the provided address is correct. A $20 reposting fee is charged for returned orders due to incorrect addresses.

Items delivered while you are out: Please make sure you or someone you know is present at your address to accept your delivery or arrange re-delivery with your local depot. Cover any import duties and taxes, as delays in payment may result in delivery delays.

Refusing delivery: Please don’t refuse deliveries — in these cases, boxes will be returned to our warehouse and your purchase will be refunded as store credit. 

Customs charges:  Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import charges, which can vary based on jurisdiction, package size, and value. We recommend checking your government's import fees and taxes prior to placing an order with Empress Mimi, as these charges are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the shopper.
