We wanted to go that extra mile for our most loyal Empresses. That's why we have introduced the Empress Mimi Fit Guaranteed policy: If your first order from the Empress Mimi Lingerie Subscription Box doesn't fit, we will send you a new item in the correct size free of charge (inventory allowing!) with your box the following month! 

Simply email us with your order number or the email address used on the purchase, and one of our dedicated team members will make sure you receive a replacement item the following month!

Please note:

* In order to receive the free item, you must be an active subscriber to one of our subscription boxes.

* The Fit Guarantee policy is only valid once per subscription customer. 

* Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. 

*All free Fit guarantee replacements are subject to inventory. If we have sold out of your preferred design in your sizes, we will have to delay your reshipment until the item is back in stock. If you cancel your subscription before you have received your complementary fit guarantee replacement, you will no longer be eligible for the replacement.
*Please note that any box that has received a free fit guarantee replacment will no longer be eligible for refunds unless you return both sets to us unworn with all labels attached within 14 days of the receipt of the replacement set at your own expense.
