For Venus Volume II, we returned to Botticelli’s painting but looked a little closer.

This time it was Venus herself: the blush of her skin, the softness of her expression and that extraordinary luminosity, that set the palette. The shells remain, embroidered into pale pink lace and cast in gold, but the mood is softer and more intimate. A study in transformation: a wearable archive piece that elevates the everyday to the mythical.
